The products can be purchased online or contacting directly the sales department by email or phone. Information will be treated in accordance with the current legislation of privacy protection.
The products can be bought directly on the website, clicking on “online sales” and following the instructions to fill in. Alternatively, you can place your order by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.

Prices and terms of payment
Prices Retail indicated for each product are expressed in Euros (€) – VAT included.
The payment order is anticipated. The methods of payment accepted are: bank transfer, paypal and credit card.
There is no possibility of payment on delivery.
Private customers can take advantage of a “loyalty discount” which means a box free every 10 purchased (also ordered in several purchases).
For large amounts orders the commercial office will evaluate the possibility of personalized discounts.
The shipping costs are not included and are charged to the customer and they depend on the chosen carrier:
- up to 4 packs sent by registered mail: 6 € – VAT included
- for any amount by DHL courier: 10 € – VAT included
- express courier, the price depends on the country of destination and it is indicated on the online order form.
The product will be sent from Monday to Friday, only after having received the payment.

These terms can depend on the availability of the required product in stock.
Shipments are suspended during the public holidays and when the company is closed.
In those days, you can still place orders, which will be delivered at the reopening.
Hortus Novus is not responsible for any consequences due to any delay in delivery or loss of or damage due to the courier or the Italian Post Office. In case that the order has not been delivered on schedule, Hortus Novus, upon customer request, may investigate the reason for the delay. Goods return or replacement are not allowed. Any changes to the conditions of sale will be communicated with the updating of this document on our website.
