Saturday, October 29 at 11.30 at the Tosca hall of the beautiful Florence Central Market our scientific adviser Professor Silvia Bisti of the L’Aquila University gave a lecture on the neuroprotective properties of saffron, during “Fior di bontà” a two days outreach event organized by the Saffron from Florentine Hills Association. This annual meeting has now become a must for Hortus Novus: an opportunity to exchange views and experiences and to update the Tuscan operators on the progress of research in the field of neuroprotection.
